Paul Campson

Paul J. Campson is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully litigated personal injury cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs in supreme courts throughout New York, as well as in federal courts. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and he has written for legal publications such as “Trial Lawyers Quarterly” and “On The Case”. Paul was recognized for his pro bono work on behalf of the victims of 9/11 by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Trial Lawyers Care.

Dawn Campson

For the first 10 years of her legal career, Dawn Campson worked for many of the biggest insurance companies. As such, she brings a unique understanding as to how insurance companies evaluate and defend injury cases. At Campson & Campson, Dawn is in charge of the procedural and substantive issues as well as the legal research and drafting of all the critical documents to ensure that your case is aggressively litigated without delay.
